Job Description:

Local Company seeking an experienced Human Resources Professional with a background in Agriculture. This is an immediate full time need. Successful applicants will possess excellent communication skills as well as working knowledge of LOA`s,WC/investigations within the field of Human Resources.

-Bachelors Degree in Human Resources is a strong plus

-At least 4 years experience in the field of Human Resources

Qualified individuals will need a working knowledge of compensation and benefits. They will be responsible for:

-Labor/Employee Relations

-Staffing/Training/Safety

-Management of Employee Records

-Supervision of Human Resources Staff
