Overall Responsibility:

Responsible for managing the accounts and corporate billing functions. This position is responsible for the company?s mission, vision and goals along with the day-to-day execution of accounts payable and customer billing functions. Position ensures that service level commitments are met; that the Company?s business process execution, policies and change initiatives support the enterprise?s strategic objectives; that continuous process improvement is assessed and implemented. Key Responsibilities:? Lead Accounts Receivable and Billing staff of 25 employees? Manage the processing of $10 Million per month revenue? Lead process improvement initiatives? Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance? Meet monthly close schedule and timely completion of account reconciliations? Lead resolution of issues related to vendors, customers (internal and external)? Provide insight to management regarding possible improvements to working capital? Foster an environment that promotes customer service, teamwork and celebrates accomplishments. Basic Qualifications:? Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other related field? 3+ years of experience as a supervisor/manager? 2+ years of AR and billing experience Preferred Skills/Experience:? Experience with Solomon, Viewpoint, Access, Arriba, SAP, ADP, Oracle, Microsoft Office ? Previously managed high volume AR and Billing organizations. Professional Skills/Experience:? Meet customer expectations and continuously improve efficiency in consultation with internal departments and external resources? Demonstrated success in managing resources and technology to meet business goals and objectives? Ability to manage cross-functional teams? Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
