Job Description:
This Benefits Specialist Position Features:

Assist with administer existing benefit plans (including health
care, disability, pension, wellness, etc.) and ensure prompt and
accurate compliance with all applicable legal offerings and
compliance policies and practices; interact with employees to
ensure efficient benefit management. Coordinate and document LOA`s,
FMLA`s and insure proper interpretation to the employee`s of any an
all benefit options. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must for this
fast paced and challenging position.Company is open to candidates
that have some experience with the ability to learn more. Position
offers lots of room for growth with duties in the department.
