About The Job:

Full time permanent position in a small local CPA firm. We are looking for a motivated individual who wants to work in a wonderful office environment in the public tax and accounting industry. We are a high volume tax office and need good employees to help handle the growth. This is a full time

permanent position that involves heavy tax return preparation, monthly write up work, preparation of financial statements and other related activities.

Compensation and benefits will be negotiable depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

Prepare Individual, Corporate and Partnership Tax Returns.

Perform monthly bookkeeping.

Prepare financial statements.

Research tax issues and prepare documents for submission to the IRS or other tax authorities.

Handle multiple sets of books.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years tax preparation.

QuickBooks Proficiency.

Advanced in Microsoft Excel skills.

Competent writer and user of Microsoft Office.

Detail oriented with the ability to multi task.

Strong organizational skills are a must.

You must have demonstrated strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem solving

skills.
