Job Description:

Phenomenal position available with a reputable and diversified oil and gas company in Kern county. Company has an urgent need for an Accountant with a minimum of 3-5 years working with financial statements. Accounting experience including full Accounting duties such as A/P, A/R, General Ledger, Reconciliations, Quarterly/Yearly Financial Statements, Taxes and Percentage of Completion Accounting. Must have a 4-year degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting or a straight Accounting degree; experience with Accounting software also required (MAS 90 AS400, etc.) as well as excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and Access). Revenue accounting experience is a huge plus. Company offers a complete benefits package that includes:medical,dental,vision,life insurance and a total of 3 weeks PTO on your first year.
