Job Description:
A company is looking for a Cash Application Specialist to manage
cash receipts and customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Process incoming cash receipts, including credit card payments and
checks
Post payments to customer accounts and prepare daily deposits
Research and resolve unapplied payments and handle customer service
requests
Required Qualifications
High School Degree/GED required; Business degree (BS) preferred
2+ years of data entry experience preferred
Experience with cash receipts and accounts receivables strongly
preferred
Strong understanding of invoicing and reconciliation skills
Experience in a consolidated financial environment
