Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. GL Accounting Manager to lead a
large team responsible for overseeing the financial performance of
clients.
Key Responsibilities
Provide supervision, training, and performance evaluations for
staff
Prepare complex financial statements and review financial
information for accuracy
Monitor financial performance and offer strategic advice to
executive management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant
experience
Experience in staffing, training, and performance management
Leadership skills to motivate teams towards operational targets
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Intermediate math skills for financial calculations
