Job SummaryAt Intuit, we're looking for a highly motivated Business Tax Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing expert guidance and tax preparation services to our clients.About the Role

• Manage complex business tax returns for Partnerships and S Corporations.
• Utilize your extensive knowledge of federal and state tax laws to provide accurate tax advice and preparation services.
• Work closely with our team to troubleshoot and resolve customer tax issues.
• Document customer interactions and work towards meeting key performance metrics.Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in business tax preparation, preferably with commercial tax preparation software.
  • Minimum 2 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, with a minimum of 30 tax returns per tax year.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools.
  • Proficient with technology and computer operations.
