Job Description:
Large company in Ventura County seeks an IT Benefits Analyst to
join their team. This is a permanent position, plus benefits.
This position is responsible for providing system support and
maintenance of the Oracle System. This person will handle first
tier support to HR And Benefits end-users and Committee, lead the
HRIS vendor selection process, and must have experience in handling
highly confidential information.
Will collaborate with IT Resources for system solutions,
troubleshooting and system testing.
Position will require a Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of
experience in HRIS or HR Operations. Experience with Oracle 11i or
12.1 releases are essential.
