Job Description:
Full-Time Call Center Receptionists needed -- Receptionists are
responsible for answering calls, in inbound, high volume call
center. Key functions include but are not limited to answering
calls in an accurate and timely manner, directing calls in a
friendly, professional, and efficient manner, and collecting and
relaying caller information. Company operates 24 hours per day,
every day of the year. Seeking receptionists who are flexible to
work a floater schedule between 5am-11pm, 7 days per week (will be
scheduled for 40 hours each week). This is a great opportunity to
transition into an office environment from retail or food service
if you have outstanding customer service and communication skills!
