Job Description:
Stable Management company is looking for an experienced Property
Supervisor to manage multiple retail commercial properties .
Candidate must have experience scheduling maintenance and
renovation construction projects in addition to but not limited to
commercial property management duties.
Duties:
Maintain strong relationships with current tenants and vendors.
Explore and negotiate new vendor arrangements, as needed
?Oversee maintenance and projects at the properties
?Act as primary contact for the owners of the properties
?Monitor vacancies, rent collections, delinquencies
?Review monthly statements to owners
