Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Global Master
Data Management Capability.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive Master Data Management
strategy
Establish data governance frameworks and ensure compliance with
regulatory standards
Lead cross-functional collaboration to streamline data management
processes
Required Qualifications:
Doctorate degree and 3 years of relevant experience, or Master's
degree and 7 years, or Bachelor's degree and 9 years, or
Associate's degree and 12 years, or High school diploma/GED and 14
years of experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing people or leading
teams
10+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Master Data
Management
5+ years in a leadership role within the pharmaceutical
industry
In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and regulatory
environments
