Job Description:

Seeking an executive level General Manager to help open a highly anticipated new concept in Orange County. The role requires an established restaurant background, good energy, and the ability to train the team on excellent customer service. Experience in bar and beverage management is necessary.Responsibilities:

• Oversee sales, costs, employee retention, guest service, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Spearhead opening duties, including hiring, training, and setting up processes.
• Ensure quality and consistency of products.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and business partners.
• Foster opportunities for team growth and learning.
• Monitor restaurant performance and identify emerging trends.
• Provide structures, support, and training for the team.
• Continually educate and develop staff.
• Create a positive working environment.
• Oversight of a high volume dining and bar operation.
• Develop a positive relationship with guests.
• Take ownership of the business to increase sales and profitability.
• Develop marketing plans to increase brand awareness.
• Set an example by providing excellent hospitality and service.
• Anticipate restaurant needs and act upon them.
• Understand and comply with health, safety, and labor regulations.Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Regional or Area Manager, Director of Operations/Hospitality, or Multi-unit Manager/GM.
  • Bar and beverage experience required.
  • Opening experience a huge plus.
  • Proven track record in leading and motivating a team.
  • Previous high-volume and corporate experience is preferred.
  • Strong P&L knowledge.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Competent, intelligent, self-starter.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
  • Develops relationships with guests.

  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Food Safety Certification.
