Job Description:
Call Center Representative up to $35,000!
Exciting opportunity with our client based in Rancho Cucamonga for
a full-time position. Applicant must be detail oriented,
exceptional customer service skills and maintain a positive
attitude at all times.
Job Responsibilities:
?Process orders or requests for information from customers who call
into a call center.
?Ensure that accurate information is entered into a terminal or
computer.
?May use simple scripts for call flow or up-selling purposes.
?Make phone calls with the intention of selling a product, service
or to schedule appointments.
?Must be able to follow scripts and respond to objections in a
natural and persuasive.
Minimum Requirements:
?2 year experience customer service required.
?Minimum high school diploma required for consideration.
