Job Description:

  • Work Dates Needed : ASASP after 4 weeks of credentials for 3 months - with the possibility of extension
  • Preferred Schedule : M, T, Th, Fri 8-5, 12-1pm lunch. Only 4 days a week
  • Worksite Setting : Public Health Clinic, Santa Barbara Health Care Center
  • Scope of Work : Experience in WWE, Family Planning, including IUD, Nexplanon insertions and removals, Full, routine OB care under the supervision of OB/GYN Physician, including Non-Stress test interpretation
    • Women s Health Care Practitioner in mixed or Family PACT Schedule: 8 completed visits per 4-hour patient care session (Example: 2 Annual 40-minute appointment; 3 FPACT 30-minute appointments plus 3 Mixed 15-minute appointments and 25 minutes of Admin time at the end of the session
    • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements : WHNP or CNM, DEA, CA state license.
    • EMR : EPIC
