Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Clinical Systems Representative
III to provide customer support and maintenance for clinical
applications.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries and resolve customer concerns related to
clinical applications
Troubleshoot software issues and recommend corrective actions
Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge
articles
Required Qualifications
Typically requires a four-year degree and a minimum of 2 years of
related experience
Knowledge of the Nextgen EHR/PM system and some SQL experience
preferred
Familiarity with healthcare IT standards and protocols is
preferred
Accountable and dependable with schedule and attendance
Self-motivated team player with initiative to understand
technologies
