Passionate Sous Chef for elevated Mexican concept to lead culinary team, drive quality and consistency, and maintain a positive work environment.

Support Executive Chef and lead a strong culinary team
Ensure high-quality food through trends tracking, inventory management, and safety practices
Maintain a positive work environment via effective communication
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position (Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, Kitchen Supervisor, Junior Sous)
- Love for seasonal, quality ingredients, with a focus on Mexican cuisine and techniques
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment with excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
  - Competitive Base Salary in the $70-75k Range
