Culinary Operations Director Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Operations Director to join our team at New School Consulting. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our company, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the culinary team, including Executive Chefs, Kitchen Managers, and Sous Chefs.
• Develop and implement culinary strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure seamless execution of culinary operations.
• Monitor and control food costs, inventory management, and purchasing practices.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food quality standards, and proper food handling procedures.Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of multi-unit/revenue Executive Chef experience.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a diverse Back of House (BOH) team.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively.
