Job Description:

Lead and direct Line Service Technicians in providing services to general aviation aircraft, crew, and passengers.

• Supervise and assign tasks to qualified personnel, monitor progress, and assess results.
• Manage aircraft arrivals and departures, provide parking, towing, and marshaling services.
• Offer amenities like lavatory and water services, fuel and de-ice aircraft as requested.
• Provide transportation services for passengers and crew as needed.
• Assist with customer service duties and other tasks as required.To qualify, applicants must have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • A valid state driver's license, with a CDL required in some locations.
  • Pass background checks, drug tests, and airport security badge requirements.
  • Be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
  • Complete Signature's training programs successfully and on time.
  • Pass a color vision test for inspecting aviation fuel.
  • Use a computer and email, including passing computer-based training modules.
  • Have excellent communication skills in English.
  • Perform simple arithmetic tasks.
  • Work flexible schedules, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
  • Prior general aviation experience is preferred.
    • Regularly stand and walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and talk or hear.
    • Read, write, and speak English fluently.
    • Drive vehicles in areas with aircraft and equipment, requiring color identification and spatial relationships.
    • Effectively communicate with customers, clients, management, and other employees.
    • Apply common sense to carry out written or oral instructions.
    • Lift and move up to 50 pounds above the head.
    • Apply basic math concepts to perform operations.
    • Solve practical problems and deal with variables in standardized situations.
    • Wear uniform and insignia as prescribed.
    • Report to work in a regular and timely basis.Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors, including skill sets, education, shift worked, responsibilities, seniority, geographical market, merit, output, productivity, prior training or experience, and travel.
