Job Description:

Local company is searching for a Database Administrator to join their fast growing MIS team. Relocation assistance could also offered as well.

The Database Administrator will be responsible for the integrity of all databases supporting business processes with the added responsibility of comprehensive database systems support, and a comprehensive knowledge of the data stored. Candidate must be able to create a database from conception to implementation.

This includes database design; table definition design and creation; ETL (Extract Translate and Load) design and development; database maintenance, tuning, backup and upgrades.

Collaborate and mentor development staff with database design, automation and validation of data load routines involving application databases.

Architect, create, and document database designs, schemas, and data flow diagrams.

Manage the data warehouse design, setup, and maintenance to include extracts and data schemas.

Participate as a stakeholder in the project management methodology as it applies to database technology, storage, or warehousing.

Required Skills

-Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field and four (4) years progressive experience in a Database Administration or Database programming position.
