Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Enablement Manager to
develop and improve technical product enablement programs for
customers and employees.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain technical expertise on the platform
Create and deliver engaging on-demand and instructor-led technical
product training content
Manage technical certification programs and develop role-based
learning paths
Required Qualifications
5+ years of technical enablement experience in enterprise software
or technology
Experience developing on-demand and instructor-led technical
product training
Proven track record in executing technical product enablement and
certification programs
History of collaboration with cross-functional teams including CX,
product, and engineering
Experience in managing educational content updates reflecting
product changes
