We are looking for an experienced paralegal to assist attorneys in the areas of estate planning, probate, and trust administration. The Ideal candidate would have experience preparing estate planning documents as well as petitions and pleadings to be filed with the probate court. Litigation and trial preparation experience is a plus, but not a pre-requisite. A paralegal certification is required. This includes advice, document drafting as well as any required or appropriate litigation. We handle Estate Planning, Probate, Trust Administration, Conservatorships, Guardianships, and Probate/Trust related Litigation. We provide the personalized service of a small firm with the ability to custom draft documents combined with representation in court proceedings and litigation.
