The summer Internship program runs June through August, with flexible dates available, based on school schedules. The intern will be a team member of:The Training and Development department focuses on enhancing employee skills in the retail and correspondent lending division, aligning training initiatives with company objectives.What we are looking for:

• Enhancing & Calibrating results from In-line Quality Assurance and QC Results to align with training.
  • Assist in enhancing and calibrating training programs using insights from internal quality assessments.
  • Ensure training materials and procedures are current and relevant to company needs.
  • Identify and eliminate redundancies in training methods to improve program quality.
  • Develop efficient processes for employees to acquire knowledge and skills, enhancing overall performance and productivity.You may be a fit for the program if you meet certain eligibility requirements, including:
    • Undergraduate students currently enrolled in a related field of study
    • GPA of 3.0 or higher
    • Familiarity with instructional design principles
    • Proficiency with training delivery technology
    • Strong analytical, conceptual, communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to self-motivate and work productively without supervision
    • An interest in working in the Mortgage industryTo be eligible for this program, you must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis.
