They are looking for APTITUDE, CAPABILITY, and DRIVE.They have a trainer coming to the facility to train and certify the team to IPC-620 class III.Hard SkillsEnglish - read and writeAssembly - electro mechanical (electrical wires) a plusAbility to learnSoft SkillsGreat attitudeGood attendanceCapabilityDriveThis is a very clean facility that manufactures high-performance cable assemblies, wiring harnesses, and interconnect systems that are built to function reliably under even the harshest conditions. Most of the cable assemblies that they produce are used for aerospace or defense.
