Content Developer and Technical Writer

Job Description:

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Instructional Designer and Technical Writer who will create training and talent development content. In this role, you will help us create new training support materials and standardize existing resources. If you have a history of taking existing lesson plans and creating beautiful and easy to follow hand-outs, course guides, manuals, Power point decks, infographics, process flows and e-learning courses, then we want to speak with you today.

This position is ideal for an instructional designer/technical writer/content and layout producer with a strong history of creating learning and instructional materials. Your portfolio should clearly demonstrate an ability to take complex educational challenges and present them in clear and visually pleasing ways. A main component to this job will be creating and working within design style-sheets to develop new training content or to bring a consistent professional look to existing lesson plans and training materials.

Desired Skills

* A history of delivering multiple training formats including Power point, hand-outs, training guides, workbooks. e-learning/web/video experience a plus.

* Experience with Programs Like Articulate, Captivate or Camtasia

* Photoshop or other design experience a plus

* Attention to detail

* Exceptional time/project management skills
