Responsible for the monitoring and maintaining of records for incoming goods and raw materials. Maintain inventory control. Package and shipping of miscellaneous items.

Responsibilities:

A summary of the essential functions of the position include but are not limited to the following:

1. Insure proper disposition and storage of incoming raw materials and notify Q.C. Department of their arrival.

2. Responsible for overseeing hold area prior to Q.C. approval for release to production.

3. Maintain records on raw material inventories in conjunction with Purchasing Manager.

4. Receive and record incoming supplies and expense items and notify appropriate departments.

5. Conduct weekly review of all items, submit purchase requisitions as required to maintain appropriate inventory levels.

6. Insure that all requests for items from stores are accompanied with requisition forms with appropriate signatures.
