Job Description:

Incredible position available in stable organization. Transport company has urgent need for a Lead Dispatcher. Responsibilities will include:

1.Prepare customer quotes.

2.Dispatch drivers to various work locations.

3.Maintain contact with drivers and track locations.

4.Record driver hours.

5.Receive in-coming phone calls from customers.

6.Maintain sound client/customer relationship to foster customer satisfaction with the Company?s quality of service.

7.Document equipment and service orders.

8.Prepare manifests.

9.Schedule loads to landfills and disposals.

10.Distribute safety gear to drivers.

11.Allocate and track equipment.

12.Coordinate equipment needs with environmental divisions.

13.Provide leadership, by example, to the positions listed in Supervisory Responsibilities, establishing and maintaining quality of standards and encouraging professionalism and pride in their work. Monitor the performance of these personnel, setting specific goals and evaluating completion.

14.Cross trained with office management on payroll, pricing tickets, route sheets and other office duties.
