Job Description:

A company is looking for a Loan Closer I to analyze real estate loan commitments and prepare loan documents.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze loan commitments for legal and closing requirements
Prepare draft and final loan documents efficiently
Review preliminary title reports and recommend actions

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in commercial or residential lending
Strong understanding of real estate principles, title, and escrow processes
Familiarity with real estate law
Proficient in loan closing software
Ability to lift loan files weighing up to 30 pounds
