This business offers a fast-paced work environment with a collaborative and supportive team culture.About your new roleThis role helps support the Asset and Capital Manager Team in planning developments to meet school growth strategies and manage the design and delivery of staged programs of works whilst maintaining safe school operations.

• Plans and manages the implementation of minor capital works safely, efficiently and satisfies budget, quality, and program expectations.
• Applies best practice principles to project management, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and/or legislation.
• Responds to and follows up all stakeholder queries, requests for maintenance and status of approved works in a timely manner.
• Undertakes school site visits to scope school needs and external party requirements.
• As needed, works on-site whilst work is undertaken to ensure the Principal is supported in managing property projects.
