Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Closer responsible for
ensuring the timely delivery of closing disclosures in the mortgage
industry.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain loan pipeline based on urgency and client
experience
Generate closing disclosures in compliance with CFPB guidelines
Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed goals
Required Qualifications
At least one year of closing experience within the mortgage
industry
Preferably one year of experience using Encompass
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Act with a high level of integrity at all times
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
