A company is looking for a Learning Designer (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Develop Learning Design Plans aligned with product strategy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality
learning content
Measure and evaluate learning experiences to assess content
impact
Required Qualifications and Education
Proven experience in learning design or instructional design
Experience with Backwards Design
Strong understanding of pedagogical principles and learning
science
Master's level education or professional training in related fields
preferred
Fluency in Spanish is a plus
