Job Description:
Our BCBA's enjoy an environment designed to minimize time spent
on non-ABA tasks through our online data collection, report writing
system, and a full scheduling department. Our direct line teams are
Behavior Technicians, providing the highest level of expertise for
our BCBA's and clients. BCBA's work life balance is essential in
our mission plan and is maintained by our onsite workdays (limited
to no driving) and by maximizing support to our BCBAs through our
apprentice's. (Our apprentice program is derived of current RBTs
pursuing their BCBA.)
