With strong core values, they are continually growing their teams and becoming a powerful force within the industry.About your new jobDue to continued growth, an opportunity has become available for a professional and experienced Customer Relationship Consultant to join their vibrant office in Norwest. Your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Answering customer questions in relation to their concerns, creating case files, and providing responses to customers in a timely manner.
• Investigating customer requests and complaints received by email, phone, and post and raising concerns to the relevant stakeholders within the business.
• Regular updating and maintenance of data in system in compliance with correct data handling procedures.About you!
• Previous experience in a high-paced, customer service role within a Contact Centre environment.
• Always display a customer-focused mindset and be able to deliver empathetic service regardless of circumstances.
• Able to think outside the square demonstrating an agile approach to work.
• Be able to always deliver an excellent customer service experience.
• Experience in an automotive field is a benefit but not essential - if you have call centre experience within finance, insurance, disputes or the like - this will be highly regarded.What's in it for you?
