Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Logistics and Readiness, PFC.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of Counselor Readiness Specialists and Logistics Schedulers
Oversee scheduling of counselors for assignments and manage travel requests for counseling services
Ensure timely processing of workforce credentialing materials and implement strategies to reduce staffing gaps

Required Qualifications and Education

7+ years of operations and logistics experience
3+ years of supervisory experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Product Suite
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience in healthcare or military preferred
