A company is looking for a Global Strategy & Execution Architect
to support the Technical Strategy & Innovation team.
Key Responsibilities
Drive long-range technical strategies and translate leadership
vision into actionable initiatives
Lead technical initiatives through cross-team collaboration within
Customer Success and related departments
Engage with customers to enhance their experience and improve
service offerings
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years in a technology-focused organization with
experience in delivering and supporting software products
Experience in crafting and leading Success and Maturity
Frameworks
Proven ability to define and execute technical initiatives across
diverse teams
Background in content creation and capacity building in a technical
or customer success context
Hands-on experience with competitive products and services in the
market
