Responsibilities:
Take the guesswork out of your daily workflow with our custom-built step-by-step to guide to your real estate career. We have a long list of buyers that need to be connected with homes and off-market properties that need the right buyers.We will train you how to capitalize on your current sphere, get new clients, and make your business less volatile.We are looking to bring on newly licensed agents with the right attitude and help experienced agents convert more. Mint is also looking to hire more experienced agents for leadership roles.

Qualifications:

--- Must have a valid Real Estate License
--- Show good organizational and time management skills
--- Past sales experience is preferred
--- Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
--- Self-motivation and drive
--- Tech savvy
