Job Description:
A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative -
remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute outbound calling strategy and maintain customer
relationships
Handle inbound calls and provide prompt resolutions to customer
inquiries
Educate customers about products and services while using CRM tools
for performance analysis
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Minimum one year of sales experience, preferably in tangible
product sales
Bachelor's degree required
Knowledge of the optical industry is beneficial
Experience with Salesforce.com preferred
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
