Description:We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing
Engineering Supervisor to lead our dynamic engineering team within
the aerospace sector. The successful candidate will oversee the
manufacturing processes of cutting-edge components, ensuring that

Job Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the
manufacturing engineering team, ensuring projects are completed on
time and within budget.- Develop and implement efficient
engineering processes and standards to improve production quality
and throughput.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to
integrate engineering activities with manufacturing, quality
assurance, and supply chain operations.- Supervise and mentor
manufacturing engineers, providing technical guidance and
professional development opportunities.- Review and approve
engineering designs, drawings, and documentation for compliance
with industry standards and regulatory requirements.- Manage the
selection, installation, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment
and tooling, ensuring optimal performance and safety.- Lead
continuous improvement initiatives, applying Lean Manufacturing,
Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to enhance production
efficiency and reduce waste.- Collaborate with research and
development to transition new products from concept to production,
ensuring manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.- Monitor and
analyze production data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues,
and implement corrective actions.- Ensure that all engineering
activities adhere to environmental, health, and safety policies and
regulations.- Manage and control engineering project budgets,
forecasts, and resources to meet financial targets.- Facilitate
communication between engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure
alignment on project goals and specifications.Requirements:-
Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
or a related field- Minimum of 5 years of experience in aerospace
manufacturing or a closely related industry- At least 2 years of
leadership or supervisory experience in an engineering environment-
Proficient in CAD software and engineering design principles-
Knowledge of aerospace industry standards and regulatory
requirements - Experience with manufacturing processes, including
CNC machining, metal fabrication, and composites- Familiar with
Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma certification
preferred- Strong project management skills- Proven ability to lead
and manage a technical team- Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills- Ability to work cross-functionally with other
departments such as Quality, Production, and R&D- Proficient in
MS Office and other relevant software tools- Willingness to work in
a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment- Ability to read and
interpret technical drawings and specifications- Commitment to
continuous improvement and professional development- Physical
ability to work on the shop floor and attend to problems as they
arise- This position is subject to the International Traffic in
